I now specialize in supporting folks with complex medical and/or emotional trauma who are ready to commit to compassionate, holistic transformation at every level. Folks who are willing to get to the root of their challenges in order to see lasting and sustainable change. Folks who want to not only take back their health and wellbeing, but to step into a season of vitality that is beyond their wildest dreams.

This 1:1 work holds an integrative, interdependent view towards any issue, imbalance, or challenge you are navigating. We will listen for and support healing of the body, mind, spirit, and your relationship to your life and the world around.
My work has supported navigation and recovery from major medical crisis and diagnosis, post-medical PTSD, psycho-emotional PTSD and intersecting health challenges, addiction and mental/behavioral health challenges, and major life transformations.

I came to energy work from my own personal mental health crisis, and have used it to navigate many serious physical health crises over the past 10 years.. I intimately understand the nature of pain, in every sense of the word, and I’ve committed my life to offering whatever support I can to those who know it as well.

BodyTalk is a comprehensive, full body & being system that allows us to access detailed information about imbalances we are experiencing and bring parts of our body and being back into connection & alignment for greater health, well-being, and functioning. BodyTalk combines wisdom and practices from Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Integrative Medicine, Energy Medicine, Craniosacral Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and more to offer a dynamic system of healing that allows the body to lead an organic healing process. BodyTalk can offer profound results for physical healing & wellness, as well as address energetic imbalances, active (stored) memories and traumas, limiting belief systems, and more.
Currently all sessions take place via Phone, Zoom, or Remotely.
What Is IEM™
Integrative Energy Mapping™ is a multi-dimensional compass for navigating the layers of energy and frequency that exist in everything, and bringing them into harmonious communication and resonance. Everything is energy, and energy in harmonious motion creates massive potential for healing, transformation, and empowered ways of being.
Integrative Energy Mapping™ is designed to incorporate a variety of lineages and frequency medicines, as well as other areas of knowledge and awareness including fundamental human physiology, consciousness and psychology, and somatic tools of integration.
IEM™ work can be done in person or remotely, and trains practitioners to cultivate precise tools of observation and perception in order to bring forth intricate and expansive possibilities for healing and growth. This work addresses imbalances and miscommunications at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers, and takes a whole-system approach to health and wellbeing. IEM™ can be used for individuals, groups, spaces, and more.

For those who are ready and interested, I am now offering Remote Integrative Energy Medicine Sessions. You schedule your time, and then spend as you like! Take a nap, a walk, enjoy a bath. Meanwhile, I’ll drop in and get to work, and afterward will draft up and send a detailed report and reflection guide of everything that surfaced.
