BodyTalk is a comprehensive, full body & being system that allows us to access detailed information about imbalances we are experiencing and bring parts of our body and being back into connection & alignment for greater health, well-being, and functioning. BodyTalk combines wisdom and practices from Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Integrative Medicine, Energy Medicine, Craniosacral Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more to offer a dynamic system of healing that allows the body to lead an organic healing process. BodyTalk can offer profound results for physical healing & wellness, as well as address energetic imbalances, active (stored) memories and traumas, limiting belief systems, and more.
Currently all sessions take place via Phone, Zoom, or Remotely.

Integrative Energy Mapping™ is a multi-dimensional compass for navigating the layers of energy and frequency that exist in everything, and bringing them into harmonious communication and resonance. IEM™ work can be done in person or remotely, and trains practitioners to cultivate precise tools of observation and perception in order to bring forth intricate and expansive possibilities for healing and growth. This work addresses imbalances and miscommunications at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers, and takes a whole-system approach to health and wellbeing.
