I have watched, in grief and horror, the hoops and duress that so many families feel forced through in the name of creating the family of their dreams. Jumping from doctor to doctor, being told different things at every appointment, and having NO ONE consider the mental and emotional toll of navigating the health system amidst such a tender time.
I have also watched truly miraculous things unfold when we slow down and bring in a truly holistic array of tools and alternative medicines to support the journey… tools and techniques that can work alongside whatever medical interventions feel right for you. Whatever path you choose to walk- you know what’s best for your body.
I have watched folks get pregnant who were told they couldn’t. I have watched parents connect to the soul of their baby long before they are pregnant, anchoring in a sense of hope and possibility. I have watched families show up for the work of composting old, inherited traumas so that they can begin an entirely new chapter of how they experience family life.
Alchemy Care for Fertility and Family means we slow down and attune entirely to you and your family: some days we may be offering very practical, physical support for your nervous system, your baseline of nourishment, or subtle adjustments to your primary body systems. Some days we’ll be working with fears and limiting beliefs, outdated stories inherited from family and community, or simply opening up the possibility for you to feel empowered to create your family in exactly your unique way. This care is for every stage of your experience, from long before you believe it’s even possible to be pregnant, all the way into your postpartum and parenting journey.
We’ll tend to the stress and turmoil of navigating the medical system, and we will empower you to be an advocate for what is truly best and most supportive for you: your body, your family, your choices.

A little bit more about my journey with this work…
Conscious Conception and Soulful Family Planning is some of the most tender, fulfilling work that I do. I’ve cared for so many adults who felt they were brought into the world haphazardly, and so it is the ultimate privilege to support folks in walking a path of intentional and healthy family planning.
When we take the time and space to come into connection and communication with the SOUL of our family planning journey not only do we receive incredible guidance and teaching, but we also open up space for healing and transformation on so many levels and dimensions. The work we do in our families reverberates across generations… it deserves as much intentionality and holistic regard as we can offer.
Whether you are conceiving naturally, with the support of IVF, or considering surrogacy, adoption, or other parental pathways; holding a soulful space of healing and exploration becomes the secret ingredient to support your process.
Conscious, intentional family planning means regarding all pathways and experiences, including those questioning whether they want to become parents, as well as those walking the path of a pregnancy termination or loss.
This work offers the vital psycho-emotional support necessary when walking a family planning journey, as well as very practical and attuned physiological support to ensure that our bodies are cared for just as much as our minds and hearts.
Introducing Energy Medicine as a tool of support through out the multitude of experiences surrounding family planning invites a truly holistic awareness and embodiment to the experience. These are thresholds and rites of passages, and deserve to be held as such.
My work includes pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and long term family support. Energy medicine can be worked with for individuals as well as in support of family & relational dynamics. I also offer sessions for children and infants, which is an unbelievable way to receive direct & incredibly accurate communications directly from the soul of your child.
I’ve seen multiple successful over-40 pregnancies, adoption connections, miraculous postpartum recoveries, and more. There is nothing about this work that doesn’t amaze me, and I am humbled to share in it with you.
